Therefore, I have put together this buying guide to help you make an informed decision when purchasing LED recessed lights.
Types of LED Recessed Lights
The first thing to consider when buying LED recessed lights is the type. There are three main types available – baffle trim, reflector trim, and adjustable trim. Baffle trim has ribbed interior which helps reduce glare and gives a softer light effect. Reflector trim has a smooth interior which creates a brighter and more focused beam of light. Adjustable trim allows you to adjust the direction of the light according to your liking. Based on your preference and lighting needs, you can choose the type that suits you best.
