Types of Darts
Before diving into the details of what makes a dart ‘the best’, let’s first understand the different types of darts available. The three main types are:
1. Steel Tip Darts: These are the most common type of darts used for traditional dartboards with sisal fiber or bristle material. They have a sharp steel tip, which is inserted into the board’s small holes.
2. Soft Tip Darts: These darts are designed for electronic dartboards with plastic or electronic boards. They have a plastic tip and are lighter in weight compared to steel tip darts.
